Hey everyone! I’m back from a 2-week trip to Japan and I’m still a bit jet-lagged.
Pair that jetlag with an overflowing inbox and time is a bit scarce right now.
Next week, I’ll break down our March results and a few other new strategies we’ve implemented at Peachy Insurance in the last month or two.

I found myself talking about work all the damn time! Get a hobby right?
Well, I had no hobbies and this was one of the pushes I needed to “get a life.”
Work to live, not the other way around.

There is one skill that I recommend investing in above all else.
That skill?
Communication.
In almost any type of conflict in life, big or small, my guess is that the conflict started due to poor communication in some way, shape, or form.

There are a lot of buying styles, and a lot of sales styles to match them.
Too often we fall into the false belief that our way of selling is the only way of selling.
Obviously not true.
Ask yourself, is your sales team pushing the prospect to buy, or pulling them to buy?
