2025 Agency Plan
Within chaos lies opportunity
We’re back bitches!
GA: $42,033,494
TN: $852,219
Ivantage: $470,532
Total Size = $43,356,245
We’re back! After a super busy 2024, I’m please to announce All Aboard is back in a new and exciting format.
Whereas in the past, All Aboard has been in a 2,000 to 4,000 word essay format, the new format will be a combination of 700 to 1,000 words PLUS an 8-12 minute video.
This issue is a much longer video (40-50 minutes) given the weight of the topic: 2025 Compensation Changes. While the video’s runtime is longer than ideal, I felt it was important to use as much time as needed to share the strategic options available.
I hope the video adds value, gives you ideas, and calms any anxieties you have going into the new year.
2025 Plan (Video)
P.S - My microphone volume dropped slightly around 10 mins in. Will be fixed for next time!
Some Takeaways:
In response to compensation changes, I will be cutting marketing spend and working to get MORE efficient. Cuts will happen gradually.
No major changes will be made to our compensation plan. We created the core of this compensation plan in 2018, and adjusted in 2023 when bundling commission %s changed. We believe this structure works well in 2025 and beyond.
Getting creative on revenue generation is going to be the best way to find the path forward. Cutting expenses that directly lead to revenue is NOT the way to get out of a cashflow challenge.
I am unhappy about these changes. That will not stop me from finding a way to win and provide for my family. How I re-invest capital may change, but our commitment to excellence will not.
Strategy in a nutshell:
If you do leads, be open to new segments like Single Car Homeowners and Multi-Car Renters.
Referrals, Flood Insurance, and Umbrellas will be a big part of our 2025 strategy to recoup revenue.
To recoup NB revenue, we need to improve our Home Premium by about $300-$400 per policy and will do it with “Additional Coverages”.
Turning a monoline HH into a bundled HH = Money!
Remote work is the future and a PEO is a cheat code to make all the administrative, logistical, state laws, and legal tasks painless… Plus the group health insurance rates are great for everyone.
